Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone, you are kindly asked for notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation Timeframes More than 24 hours before your appointment You will receive a full refund of your deposit. No fees are charged. Between 24 and 12 hours before your appointment Your deposit will be retained, as this is considered short notice. No additional fees will be charged. Within 12 hours of your appointment the full fee will apply, and the deposit will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to stay on time for other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
